We are going to Japan in October for 10 days. We are all looking forward to this trip, but we are wondering how to go about with the schedule in Japan, since they are 7 hours ahead of us! The schedule is working so well, so it would be a shame to ruin everything now. Do we just continue the schedule immediately, but in Japanese time, or do we slowly change it? Any advise to make the time change as little disturbing as possible, is very welcome.

Different time zones
My experience is that slowly adapting to the new time zone works when there's a time difference of maybe 2-4 hours. When the time difference is more than that it's easier just adapting when you start the trip or get on the plane.
Good luck and hope you have great days in Japan!
