My name is Denisse and my 17 month old baby girl got introduced to the GNS cure 4 months ago. When we first introduced it to her she was able to sleep in her crib within minutes of putting her down.
Then we went to Costa Rica in December and it’s like we got our old kid back which meant multiple wake ups in the night, crying and wanting to be held/rocked to sleep. I was miserable on vacation due to the lack of sleep.
When We returned back home it was like she was just waiting for us to come back and slept really well, until she got sick and I picked her up and ruined all the hard work my husband put into getting her back on her schedule.

So this time around it was my turn to re-cure her. I dedicated this past week to making sure she knew she was safe and could sleep on her own and something clicked two days ago when I talked to her after a 45 min battle and I said “you’re going to lay down, you got this” and she is able to lay on her stomach and go back to sleep. She is back on her schedule and being able to put herself asleep without me fanning and buffing her feels amazing for everyone.
The only problem is that she likes to wake up around 4:30-5:30 am every now and then and complains in her sleep a couple of times in the night. Last night she woke up screaming nooo and freaked out. I tried to jingle her back to sleep outside the door but it made her so upset she stood up and cried louder…. I had to go in and reposition her and jingled her back to sleep…. Is this normal?
Also, do you have any tips on traveling with a 17 month old and making sure she sleeps the same way she does at home?
Here is her schedule if this helps:
7:00am wake up
7:20 breakfast (30 min)
8-11 play
11:00-11:30 lunch
12:00pm -2pm nap (she usually wakes up on her own around 1:50)
2-5 play/run errands/ pick up sister
5:00-5:30 Dinner
6:30 milk (top off)
7pm night night
Thanks in advance
